Travel Directions

LIE to exit 49 south (Route 110 south)
Go approximately 2 miles and turn left onto Smith St. (Between the Hess and Mobil gas stations)
Go to the 1st light and turn right onto
New Highway.
Go to the first light and turn left onto
Central Avenue.
The 3rd building on your right is # 35
Central Avenue. The front of the building says "Island Litho".
Drive down the right side of this building to door #37.
There is no phone in the clinic.
Phone calls are taken and returned in the evenings.

From the Southern State go North on Rte 110. pass Adventure Land and make a right onto Smith Street between the Hess and Mobil gas stations and follow directions as above.
